FAQ

Questions we hear before every engagement

What happens in a 30-minute diagnostic?
We walk through your situation with a structured agenda: current state, the friction you feel, and what a fixed path forward could look like. You leave with findings and a clear recommended next step, whether or not we work together.
How are engagements priced?
After the diagnostic we prepare a fixed-scope proposal: deliverables, timeline and price, agreed before any work starts. No open-ended hourly surprises.
Do you work with companies outside the United States?
Yes. We are headquartered in Dallas, TX and serve clients across the US and Latin America. Our team works in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
What makes Z&C different from a typical agency?
We are one accountable partner across design, web, systems, AI and data, and every engagement ends with documentation and knowledge transfer. You own your systems, data and roadmap, by design.
Which technologies do you work with?
The Microsoft stack (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure/OneLake), Alteryx and Informatica for data pipelines, Python and SQL for engineering, plus Snowflake and modern web frameworks (Laravel, Next.js).
Can you take over an unfinished or inherited project?
Frequently. We start with a technical review of the existing system: what works, what is risky, and what it takes to get it across the finish line.
How quickly can we start?
The diagnostic is designed to be the first step, usually scheduled within days. Larger engagements start right after the proposal is agreed.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We routinely work under NDA and can sign yours before the diagnostic. Client references are only published with explicit written permission.
