These terms govern the use of the website and the consulting services provided by Z&C Consultants (4245 N Central Expy, #492, Dallas, TX 75205, USA).

Engagements are defined by a written proposal agreed by both parties: scope, deliverables, timeline and pricing. Intellectual property produced during an engagement transfers to the client upon full payment, including documentation and knowledge transfer.
